Pupils will have the opportunity to take examinations with The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) once they have achieved the required level. The RAD and ISTD are two of the main societies recognised worldwide. This gives pupils a goal to work towards and is a valuable motivational learning tool.

All examinations are accredited by the Qualifications Curriculum Authority and can gain UCAS and SQA points to the students. Examinations are available in classical ballet (RAD) and modern, jazz & tap (ISTD).
